We are experienced litigators and also understand that defending tribunal claims can be a time consuming, costly and stressful process. We recognise that one of the main problems businesses are faced with when defending litigation is the unknown and frequently spiralling cost. Advice and representation is almost always charged by the hour (or in reality by the 6 minute period) and costs can rapidly escalate. This adds to the client’s stress and can be a main point of contention once the final bill is issued. Lionshead Law operates differently in this area. Litigation happens in stages and as such, we provide you in advance with a fixed fee for each stage of the process. The fee is payable up front but will not be exceeded, no matter how long we spend advising you or drafting/amending the necessary correspondence and documentation. You are free to call us during any stage of the process, safe in the knowledge that you won’t be charged any more for doing so.
