We provide clear contracts and explain the law and likely outcomes of a matter to you in a way that is accessible and jargon free. We specialise in complex contracts and can provide either a guiding hand in the background or a firm legal and commercial position for you throughout projects and when negotiating. We provide flexible legal services, working with you either as your in-house counsel or external legal resource, as and when you need us. We don’t believe that the quality of legal advice necessarily depends on the time it takes to do the work or on an hourly rate, so we don’t usually charge that way. We often work on fixed fees or monthly retainers where the work can easily be scoped and charged for so that you will always know the work we will do and what that work will cost and you can budget for legal spend accordingly.
