    Many of our clients are B Corps and we look forward to working with more businesses who have made the positive decision to work in this way. We can help you with the legal compliance work (for example changes to your articles, resolutions and notices to suppliers and customers) required if you are undergoing the conversion process.

    Once you become a B Corp, we can continue to support you in ensuring the correct contracts are created, the corporate structure is maintained, helping prepare and check impact assessments and reports, assisting with employment matters and generally helping you in your new quest to be a force for good.
