I advise businesses and individuals on contract and commercial matters to ensure products and services are sold on appropriate terms and that protection and licensing of intellectual property rights is correctly documented. My particular focus is working with those in the creative and technology sectors, with B Corps and those working towards accreditation and improving their ESG outcomes. Engaging closely with business owners and directors, I help my clients achieve commercial solutions to legal issues that arise when bringing emerging technologies, new goods or services to market, in undertaking collaborations and recording agreements between businesses, directors, shareholders and other stakeholders.

Before joining Lionshead Law I was a Technology and IP Partner in the City from 2000-2004 and then a Partner and Directors of IP & Innovation at a large West End law firm in London between 2004-2015. I have worked at Lionshead Law for many years now and believe it to the best run, most commercial and proactive firm I have worked at, and I am proud to work with such a highly skilled and talented team of legal colleagues.

Outside of work I keeps bees, do aerial hoop and am a long distance runner.
