We believe legal services should be accessible, affordable and that clients should, as far as practicable, know exactly what they will pay at the outset of a dealing with their lawyer. We work on fixed-fees, agreed with clients in advance either set for an entire piece of work or agreed and paid in stages where negotiation is involved. We can also charge for the time we spend doing your work and tend to suggest this for tribunal proceedings and transactions where it is more difficult to give fixed-fee quotes, but always charging you only for the actual time spent on your matter and not a minute more. This commitment to fee transparency and fairness is a core value of the firm and we publish our hourly rates <here link>. Most importantly, we are “Always here for you…” working around your needs and timescales.

No-Win, No-Fee Employment

We do not actively pursue “no-win, no fee” type work but we recognise that for many individuals, this is the only feasible way they can secure representation. If you have an employment claim or want to try and negotiate an exit from your employment, but do not have the funds to secure legal advice, don’t have access to legal expenses insurance and are keen to explore other avenues, please send us an email including; your name, email and contact number, your employers name, your monthly net income and any other benefits, your length of employment with this employer and a brief summary of your situation. If we think we may be able to assist, someone from our employment team will contact you to arrange a consultation.
