Unlawful deduction from wages claims

Has your employer not paid you what you’re entitled to? If you haven’t explicitly authorised deductions (normally by signing an employment contract which contains a deductions clause), then even if the money deducted was owed to your employer, the deduction will still be unlawful. In that case, the employer will need to repay it and will not then be able to otherwise recover it. We can help you recover monies unlawfully withheld.

Types of unlawful deduction include:

Failure to pay accrued but untaken holiday at the end of the employment relationship
Deductions for loans/overpayments which have not been authorised by you
Failure to pay a bonus to which you believe you were entitled
