    Wrongful dismissal claims

Wrongful dismissal is a dismissal in breach of contract. If you were dismissed without notice or pay in lieu of notice in circumstances where this was not allowed by the contract, or if you didn’t receive a contractual bonus when you believe you were entitled to one, speak to one of our expert lawyers. Similarly, if you believe your employer has acted in such a way as to breach your trust in the business, you may have a constructive dismissal claim or grounds to negotiate an exit on agreed terms. Finally, if your employer has acted in breach of contract, that may make any post-termination restrictive covenants unenforceable which can help you with negotiating a settlement. We are happy to discuss all options with you.
